Prahari
There are moments when the decisive public service is a calm, lawful human being who remains present.
Prahari is a proposed veteran-led civilian guardian network for situations in which an ordinary person or institution needs accompaniment, de-escalation, documentation and continuity into the appropriate police, medical, legal or institutional channel. Its legitimacy depends on restraint: presence without coercion, proof without spectacle and handover without impersonating authority.

Prahari examines a neglected institutional interval: the distance between a person having a formal right and possessing the confidence, continuity and human presence required to exercise it. The work is consequential precisely because it must create support without manufacturing a shadow authority.
