This is not a retrospective report of scale or achievement. It is a public ledger of the institutional architecture now visible, the work of formalisation still required and the claims the Foundation is not yet entitled to make.

THE FOUNDING CONDITION
Architecture before mythology.
The Foundation has published its intellectual territory, research standard, agenda, independence framework, proposed knowledge infrastructure and routes for consequential institutional enquiry.
It does not use those frameworks to imply a populated institution, completed publication catalogue, fellowship cohort, convening history, donor base or financial scale that has not entered the public record.

Institutional stage
The Foundation is in formation. Public pages distinguish standing intellectual territory from active programmes and completed work.
Governance
Appointments, terms, governing documents and committee responsibilities are not represented as complete until formally adopted and publishable.
People
No advisory board, fellowship cohort or researcher roster is implied where no verified appointment has been supplied for publication.
Convenings
No public calendar, annual forum or completed dialogue series is claimed at present.
Publications
Transaction 001 and Dossiers 001–002 are released citable research objects. India's Material Sovereignty is published separately as a programme prospectus in formation; Dossier 001 is its first bounded evidence study.
Independence
Research authority, material support, conflicts, publication control and correction are governed through a public independence framework under formalisation.
Funding
No donor, grant, programme-support or financial figure is published without an approved disclosure record.
